Daniel Kepl interviews Nir Kabaretti, Music and Artistic Director of the Santa Barbara Symphony, on the eve of the orchestra’s upcoming concert pair at the Granada Theatre in downtown Santa Barbara on Saturday, March 16th (8pm) and Sunday, March 17th (3pm). The program of American music will include the world premiere of Jonathan Leshnoff‘s Concerto Grosso (2012) commissioned to celebrate the orchestra’s 60th anniversary.
